Participation
constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance
of these Official Rules.
Each DIAMONDS CONTEST period begins on the first day of each month at 12:00 A.M. eastern USA time, and ends on the last day of each month at 11:59 P.M. eastern USA time. All entries made after that date and time will automatically be entered into our next contest month.
Each WEEKLY CONTEST begins at 4:00 P.M. eastern USA time each Wednesday, and ends at 3:59 P.M. eastern USA time on each following Wednesday.

ELIGIBILITY:
This promotion is offered only electronically via the Internet
and is open to all natural persons of at least 18 years of age at time of entries. Florida and New York residents are eligible to enter,
and those residents can win up to a maximum of $5,000.00 in a single
contest. The Province of Quebec and Puerto Rico do not allow
these types of contests. Void wherever else prohibited. Principals and
employees of CashBarn and its respective parents, subsidiaries,
and immediate family members of each are not eligible.
AFFILIATES ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER OUR CONTESTS. We ask that all entries be
limited to English speaking Internet users only to ensure fairness
to our (mostly) American Sponsors. |

Limit of one (1) registered member account per person. You may enter our contests with only your one (1) valid email address that is in your CashBarn registration in any given contest. Any other email address(es) WILL be disqualified. Use of multiple CashBarn member accounts and entering our contests with multiple email accounts is NOT allowed or tolerated.
Members with nonvalid email addresses, returned
email addresses, entering with more than one email address, autoresponder email addresses, continually full mailboxes, blocking or refusing our emails, marking our emails as "spam" or unsubscribing from our site will have their contest entries and any winnings disqualified.
THE FOLLOWING IS STRICTLY ENFORCED:
Limit of three (3) active players per household, each registered separately, and each with his/her own separate email address and unique password. WEEKLY ENTRIES may NOT be made simultaneously from players in the same household. One set of WEEKLY ENTRIES may be played, then the browser must be closed and reopened before the next household player plays his session of WEEKLY ENTRIES. Otherwise, we will deem that you are playing with multiple email addresses which is NOT allowed or tolerated. |

If you would like be removed from our mailing list, simply enter your email
address in the box below. If you want to continue to enter our contests, and are merely changing the email address with which you're registered, DO NOT use the form below. Simply login to our site and edit your profile on your Member Page. Otherwise, we will view the email address deletion below as a request to cancel your account, as our RULES state that you must be accepting our email in order to use our site.
Again, DO NOT remove the email address that you have registered under and with which you are entering our contests unless you intend to cancel your free CashBarn account and any prizes won and/or affiliate commissions earned. For that, you would go here.
If you remove an email address that you are entering our contest with, and your new email address starts bouncing back to us as undeliverable, we will delete your free account and any winnings/earnings. Be sure that you change your email address to a totally DELIVERABLE e-mailbox.

NUMBER OF DIAMONDS CONTEST ENTRIES ALLOWED:
Amount of entries for each registered member for each contest period are currently limited to:
- One (1) Main Participation Entry (duplicates are deleted)
- Unlimited Extra Diamond Entries
NUMBER OF WEEKLY CONTEST ENTRIES ALLOWED:
Amount of entries for each registered member for each week are currently limited to:
- Ten (10) Entries (one entry for each Sponsor)
- All Extra Entries You've Won From Previous Contest Week

NOTIFICATION: DIAMONDS CONTEST:
CashBarn will
notify winners via email within 30 days after each contest period. Title of email will read, "Congratulations From CashBarn!" Contained in this email will be the prize won. Winners have 14 days from the date of the notice to respond to claim their prize, unless a longer claim period is indicated. After that, the prize is voided. Late claims will NOT be honored - NO EXCEPTIONS.
NOTIFICATION: WEEKLY CONTEST:
CashBarn will
notify winners via email within 2 days after each weekly drawing. Title of email will read, "Congratulations From CashBarn!" Contained in this email will be the prize won. Winners have until the following Wednesday at 4:00 PM EST to respond to claim their prize, unless a longer claim period is indicated. After that, the prize is voided, and will go into a future Super Drawing. Late claims will NOT be honored - NO EXCEPTIONS.

RECEIVING YOUR PRIZES WON IN DIAMONDS CONTESTS AND WEEKLY CONTESTS:
Members winning a cash or merchandise prize will have the prize mailed to them at the end of the following month to their registered member mailing address. It is the responsibility of the member to keep his profile information up to date. |

NOTE: A member CAN win multiple prizes in a single contest period, should their entrie(s) be drawn more than once.
NOTE: States and countries change their laws frequently. We would pay out less than the advertised cash or merchandise prize if your state or country's law has a cap on the amount that may be won by a resident of that state or country. In that event, we would send an amount equal to the "cap" in your individual state or country.

All cash winnings will be paid in U.S. Currency. NO PRIZES WILL BE REISSUED! In the event that a member rejects their home/office prize winning envelope or package from us, the prize is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS! To ensure that you have your correct mailing address in your registration, please LOGIN and review your Member Page for your correct Home/Office Mailing Address.

Caution:
Any attempt by a member and/or any other individual to deliberately damage any
web site and/or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is in
violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be
made, CashBarn reserves the right to seek damages from any such
individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. |

CashBarn is not responsible for electronic, manual, typographical, or human errors on our web site or in our emails. CashBarn is not responsible for the content and outcome of ads on our site placed by our advertisers or advertising networks. CashBarn is not responsible for a member's computer software or settings not allowing him/her to see a Sponsor's site or to submit entries. CashBarn is not responsible for any material on our Sponsor's sites as to inablility for our members to submit Sponsor's registration forms, or in what traffic Sponsors accept from which countries, or for any other problems with Sponsor sites. Cashbarn is not responsible for invalid entries due to a member's incompatibility with our software or typographical errors on the part of the member. It is a member's responsibility to ensure that their entries are valid and in conformity to the rules. Please advise us as to any compatibility issues and we will try to resolve any such difficulties within reason.
