1. As you registered to enter our free contests, the CashBarn
"cookie" may not have gone on your computer, at which point,
the site would not recognize your login info.
Put The CashBarn Cookie On Your Computer
If you still can't login, open your Internet Explorer (or other browser) and use it's "HELP" section in "enabling cookies" on your own computer.
FOR INTERNET EXPLORER USERS:
Open up your Internet Explorer browser:
Click on TOOLS
Click on INTERNET OPTIONS
Click on SECURITY tab
Click on TRUSTED SITES
Click on SITES
Where is says ADD THIS SITE TO THE ZONE, type in:
http://www.cashbarn.com
Click on ADD
Click on OK
Then...
Click on PRIVACY tab
Click on SITES
Type in: http://www.cashbarn.com
Click on ALLOW
Type in: http://www.cashbarn.com/login/default.asp
Click on ALLOW
Click on OK
Close your browser
Reopen your brower
Try logging in at CashBarn
If you still can't login, open your IE browser again:
Click on DELETE COOKIES
Click on OK
Click on DELETE FILES
Put a checkmark in: DELETE ALL OFFLINE CONTENT
Click on OK
Click on CLEAR HISTORY
Click on YES
Click on OK
Close your browser
Reopen your brower

2. When you login, make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your email address and password.
3. Make sure you're not using "all capital letters" to login.
4. Make sure you're using your correct password. If you're unsure, retrieve your password here.
5. Javascript must be enabled on your computer, or you may not be able to get to our game page after logging in. Go here for instructions on making sure your computer is Javascript enabled.
6. Verify Settings: Please make sure that your browser is set to store cookies. Check settings on any software such as McAfee or Norton to make sure they are not set too high and they will allow cookies to be stored. Check firewall/router settings to make sure they will allow cookies to be stored.
7. Clear Browser Cache: You may need to clear your browser's cache/history to enable a new cookie to be stored. Make sure you delete any offline content as well so that everything is cleared.
8. It may be time for you to upgrade your Internet Explorer browser to have the latest updates for maximum efficiency.
