• Commissions are accrued from the 1st of each month thru the last day of each month. Commissions are paid on the last day of each following month to affiliates earning a minimum of $10.00. For example, if your affiliate commissions reach $10.00 at the end of May, you will be paid at the end of June.

• Commissions will continue to accrue until the $10.00 minimum is met.

• Affiliates may not earn commissions on new Affiliate sites they have created for themselves., or on their own Advertising Purchases.

• Affiliates must read and write in English. and refer Players and Affiliates who read and write in English.

• No affiliate may use SPAM as a marketing tool!

• Any complaints of SPAM will result in the affiliate's account being terminated with or without notice and all commissions accrued will be forfeited.

• Any attempts to cheat the affiliate program or CashBarn will result in the affiliate's site being terminated with or without notice and all commissions accrued will be forfeited.

• Affiliates will be paid based on the posted commissions structure.

• Commissions will be verified for validity and will be updated on a monthly basis.

• Commissions based on new member sign-ups will be considered pending until the member is validated based on a valid email address..

• Commissions based on new affiliate site sign-ups will be considered pending until the Affiliate is validated based on valid email addresses and valid web sites.

• All product based commissions will be considered pending until the financial obligation from the sign-up is met. Once payment is received and cleared, the commission will be posted.

• Non-compliance to the above rules will result in the affiliate's site being terminated with or without notice and all commissions accrued will be forfeited. In cases of gross misconduct, damage to the CashBarn site, name, or reputation, legal action may be taken.
